FR. David K. Munyeki

Fr. David K.Munyeki is a nonexecutive Director representing resident
organizations.
Fr. Munyeki holds a FBachelor's degree in Canon Law from University of Pontificia Pius X
Venice, Bachelor's degree in Sacred Theology and a Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy from
Urbaniana University.
He has previously served as a Board HMember at County Assembly Services
Board in Nyandarua County and Chaired various board committees.
He also served in
various Parishes, Saccos and The Nyahururu Sports Club
Damaris Wanjiku WAiharo

M/s Damaris is a nonexecutive Director
representing
Women and Youth
Organizations.
She holds a Bachelor of
Commerce (Finance) Degree
from Egerton University and a Master of Business
Administration Degree (Finance) from Laikipia
University.
Currently she is undertaking a Phd in Finance Cat Laikipia University.
She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, K) and a Member of the Institute of Certified
Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
She has
wide experience in auditing, financial
management and corporate governance.
Ceasar Maina Wanjau

Mr. Ceasar is a non-executive Director
representing rural schemes.
He holds a Bachelor's degree
in Education (BED) from the
University of Nairobi. He is currently undertaking a
Masters in Marketing at the Dedan Kimathi
University of Technology.
Ceasar has over 20 years in the education sector. Currently,he is the head teacher of Murichu Primary
School.
He is also a member of other Boards. He serves Has the vice chair of Unison Sacco and a
member of KTDA board.
Maureen Wanjiru Muriithi
Director
M/s Maureen is a nonexecutive Director
representing
manufacturing and
business community.
She is An
Advocate of the
High Court of Kenya,
Commissioner of Oaths with over five years' experience in the legal field. She is a partner in
a firm based in Nyahururu town and an active member
of the Law Society of Kenya Nyahururu Chapter.
She
previously worked as a Manager in a successful
business company based in Nyahururu town and
continues to be an active member of the Nyahururu
business community.
She holds a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya SSchool of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Law
(LLB) from Moi University.
She also serves as a member of the Board in Igwamiti Secondary School within Laikipia County.b
Mr. Kipkoech John Birgen

Birgen is a

He is
a Trained educator
with a certificate in
primary teacher education,
diploma in early childhood development
education and a bachelor degree in education
primary option.
Birgen is also a trade unionist Brepresenting teachers in Kenya National
Teachers Union (KNUT) Laikipia branch.
